typedef size_t NodeNS::IPAddress

Type definition for IP addresses used by nodes in the topology.

Note:

IP addresses can be tought as the identifier of nodes other entities in the network have access to. If two (or more) nodes have the same IP address, they will be indistinguishable from each other (e.g. for routing purposes) by other entities in the network. It is advised that such sitations are avoided, unless it is explicitly desired.
